Many thanks to Super Chicken for information and Fishylish for 14 new sketches! The creatures from the wetlands were added, as well as some live sketches, fewer than 10% (54/542; 9.9%) are still missing! The new creatures found in the wetlands are the:

Bog Feral,
Fellbuck,
Tuder Mander,
Mild Mander,
River Lizard,
Cave Maha Rukness, and the
River Crawler.

Many live sketches were added, mostly by me, but with a couple of wurms by Jacinta. Thanks. 74/535 (13.8%) are still missing.

Two missing creatures from the Mountain Glen were added, the:

Cavern Wurm, and the
Lava Wurm.

A hand full of live sketches were added. The main page of the bestiary with the full list is getting somewhat awkward now, and I am considering redesigns... but first I have to think of a clever way to do it.

One missing creature from the Ash Barrens was added, the:
Feral Pup.

The bestiary now includes all of the creatures I have had on my 'to add' list. Please let me know if you discover or know of one that is not present now. Many live sketches were added. 92/531 (17.3%) are still missing.

The remainder (to my knowledge) of the Mountain Glen has been added, albeit with incomplete information about these creatures:
Vermine Arachne,
Mammoth Banana Arachne,
Mammoth Violene Arachne, and the
Mossy Greymyr.

The T'rool of the Mountain Glen have been added. They are the:
Bar'Kin,
Jun'kin,
Orf'Kin,
Gaw'Kin,
Kil'Kin,
and the Deth'Kin,
as well as two mushrooms found in the glen, the:
purle, exploding Mushroom,
and the brown, poisonous Mushroom.

The skeletal undine family has been mislabeled for a long time. It actually consists of two families: the skeletal undine, and the demonic undine. This mistake has been corrected.
The Tree Giant Wight has been added to the bestiary.
Some live sketches were added. 94/485 (19.4%) are still missing.

Many live sketches were added. 98/484 (20.2%) are still missing.

Some of the Darshak found in the Ash Barrens have been added. They are the:
Darshak Woodsman,
Darshak Petty Officer,
Experienced Darshak Captain,
Darshak Harrier,
Darshak Swabbie,
Elite Darshak Skirmisher, and the
Darshak Tracker.

The myrm found in the Mountain Glen have been added, except for the queen. They are the:
Myrm Gatherer,
Myrm Vagabond,
Leafcutter Myrm,
Myrm Tunneler,
Myrm Defender,
Myrm Patrician,
Fire Myrm,
Myrm Chevalier, and the
Myrm Marquis.

A few newer monsters were added. They are the:
(Rabid) Timber Feral,
Mange Feral,
Blight Feral,
Barrens Feral, and the
Greater Spectre.

The deepest crypts of Metzetli Island have been discovered. Some live sketches were added.
